How Our Design Process Comes to Life

At Lemieux Interiors, we believe in clarity, collaboration, and customization. Our process is designed to guide you effortlessly from vision to reality—no stress, no surprises.

1. Initial Consultation

We begin with a conversation about you, your style, goals, and preferences. Whether you want to be involved or trust us to take the lead, this meeting sets the foundation for a design that feels authentically yours.

2. Concept & Planning

Once we understand your goals, our team develops a cohesive design concept. We'll present concept boards, 2d and 3d floor plans, and material palettes, ensuring everything aligns before moving forward.

3. Sourcing & Implementation

We manage the end-to-end details  from sourcing furnishings and finishes to coordinating deliveries, contractors, and installations. Throughout, we keep you informed at every stage.

4. Site Visits & Fine-Tuning

We perform site visits as needed, making sure the design is executed precisely. Minor revisions? No problem. We’ll handle tweaks within scope. Additional changes are transparently scoped and quoted.

5. Final Styling & Wrap-Up

Once everything is in place, we do the final styling, adding curated touches likeaccessories, art, and small decorative objects. Then, we invite you to walk through and feel the result: a space that’s functional, personal and stress-free.

Your Role in the Process

Your involvement is fully flexible:

  • Hands-on: Help select materials, review sourcing, attend site visits.

  • Hands-off: Trust us end-to-end; we’ll lead and keep you updated.

Both options are equally welcome - we adapt to your comfort and lifestyle.

FAQs

Q: Can you help me stay within budget?
Absolutely. From the start, we'll align design decisions with your budget. We focus on value-driven choices—without compromising on outcome.

Q: What does a flat design fee cover?
It covers every stage: consultation, space planning, furnishing/finish selections, and final styling. Extras—like furniture purchases, shipping, contractor costs, or off-scope revisions—are quoted separately upfront.

Q: Are there hidden charges?
No surprises. We’re upfront about any potential extra costs—whether it's shipping, specialist fees, or site work—and clarify them in advance.
